Cocktails Chartreuse

Bijou

We owe Harry JOHNSON, legendary bartender and author of the first manual on cocktails, the creation of “BIJOU” in 1860 in which he gives the best part to the Green Chartreuse.
Ingredients :
  • 20 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 20 ml Red Vermouth
  • Ice Cubes
Recipe :
In a shaker:
20 ml of gin
20 ml of Green Chartreuse
20 ml of Red Vermouth
Ice cubes
Beat the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and pour into the glass, filtering the ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
